UW-Stout Physics Department Meeting Minutes

Members present: Laura McCullough (chair: chair; physics position search committee), Jo Hopp, Laura, Jim Pejsa, John Rompala, Alan Scott (chair; physics/geology position search committee)

The members are expected to convene as the personnel committee for part of the time.

· L. McCullough called the meeting to order at 9:24 a.m.

· Motion (L. McCullough/A. Scott): to move into closed session and reconvene as the personnel committee. Motion passed in a voice vote.

· The personnel committee adjourned and the regular department meeting reconvened at 9:46 a.m..

· A. Scott announced that the personnel committee will continue its search to fill the geology/physics position.

· The meeting adjourned at 9:46 a.m. with no further business conducted.
