Physics Department Meeting

Members present: Mark Larchez (chair), Ellen Carlson, Robert Foley, Paul Henkiel, Laura McCullough, Jim Pejsa, John Rompala, Alan Scott, Forrest Schultz (guest)

 

M. Larchez called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m.

 

1.      Announcement: The guests for Dr. Scott’s Applied Science course have been very good and department members are encouraged to attend upcoming presentations.

2.      Forrest Schultz (Chemistry/Applied Science) discussed the current status of the Applied Science program, its concentrations, and its current students.  Resources for the program and processes for course and concentration changes were discussed.

3.      Other agenda items were deferred to next meeting.

 

The meeting was adjourned at 10:05 a.m.
