Members present: Mark Larchez (chair), Bob Foley, Jim Pejsa, John Rompala, Alan Scott (recording secretary)

Mark called the meeting to order at 2:30 pm.

Retention of Laura

1. Mark indicated that the faculty are convening to decide the issue of retaining Dr. Laura McCullough for the academic year 2006-2007.

2.  Bob moved to convene in closed session.  Alan seconded the motion.  Motion passed.

(Convened in closed session.)

(Reconvened in open session.)

4. Mark announced that it was unanimous to retain Laura for the academic year 2006-2007.

Meeting was adjourned at 2:40am.
