Members present: Mark Larchez (chair), Paul Henkiel, Jo Hopp, Laura McCullough, Jim Pejsa, John Rompala, Alan Scott, Ellen Carlson
 

Meeting was called to order at 9:05 a.m.

 

1. Announcements

Access to Learning funds requests went out. The special request for the clickers was denied due to lack of funds, so the clickers were added to the regular request for 2008-2009.

2. Minutes

Motion to approve 10/17/07 minutes passed (McCullough / Scott).

3. Faculty Senate

• John had sent out info on last Tuesday's Senate meeting to members in an email.

• Senate discussed the realignment models.

 

4. Hiring Tools

• Motion to approve Tool 3 with corrections for both positions passed (Hopp / Scott).

• Motion to approve Tool 4 with corrections for both positions passed (Hopp / Scott).

• Began discussion of Tool 5. A few questions from Tool 3 were selected for inclusion as an addendum to Tool 5. These questions will be asked if Tool 3 is not used.

 

Meeting adjourned 10:05 a.m.
