Meeting was called to order at 9:05a.m.

Announcements

1. Jo mentioned her listing as a possible instructor for a biology course in Spring 2008.

New Business

1. Laura moved that the meeting be moved into closed session. Jo seconded. Motion passed.

(Closed session was convened.)

(Closed session was adjourned)

2. Search committee reconvened in open session. It was announced that discussions took place regarding the faculty search.

3. Meeting adjourned at 7:55 a.m until 7am on Monday, December 3^rd, and at 7am on Tuesday, December 4^th, (if needed).
