Meeting was called to order at 7a.m.

Announcements

New Business

1. John moved that the meeting be moved into closed session. Laura seconded. Motion passed.

(Closed session was convened.)

(Closed session was adjourned)

2. Search committee reconvened in open session. It was announced that Tool 2 had been completed for the Geology-focused search.

3. The next meeting was scheduled for 9:05am on Friday, December 7^th.

Meeting adjourned 7:50 a.m.
